In October 2014, we traveled to:
Badia a Coldibuono
Siena
Pienza
Monticchiello
Montalcino
San Gimignano
Firenze

In May 2023, we will travel to Lampedusa for a special
"Classe Traforata”
Mobility in and around the Island of Lampedusa
More info and application here
This short-term class is open to all Wake Forest students, not just those studying at Casa Artom.

The goals of this class are based on what I define “classe traforata” translated as the perforated class. Traforato is an art style typical of Lampedusa, emerging from the influence of Northern Africa. It means pierced, cut-through, with holes that let in, invite, and emanate light, air, and in this case, knowledge.
